¿Why Choose UNNITY?
Choosing UNNITY means choosing a partner that not only designs European projects but conceives them as genuine drivers of territorial transformation. We don’t work with templates or standard solutions: each project is born from an in-depth analysis of the context, the people, and the specific opportunities offered by European funding.
We don’t just write proposals; we accompany our partners from concept to implementation, ensuring that every action is aligned with the priorities of the European Commission and generates measurable, sustainable impact.
Our strength lies in combining creativity, technical precision, and strategic vision, driving solutions that integrate innovation, digital transformation, the green economy, and territorial cohesion. We believe in the power of alliances and European networking to multiply the reach and solidity of projects.
We work with a clear philosophy: if a project doesn’t tangibly improve people’s lives and doesn’t contribute to reducing inequalities, it’s not a project for UNNITY. That’s why, when you choose us, you choose a disruptive, results-oriented approach with the ambition to leave a mark in Europe.
What makes us different in managing European projects?
At UNNITY, managing a European project is not an administrative procedure; it is a creative, strategic, and deeply human process. What sets us apart is that we see each project as an opportunity to transform territories and connect people, not as a mere file to secure funding.
We start with active listening: we understand the local reality, identify real needs, and align them with the priorities of the European Commission and its various programs. This allows us to build proposals that not only meet requirements but also stand out for their relevance and potential impact.
In addition, we integrate advanced digital tools, data analysis, and agile methodologies to ensure efficiency and transparency at every stage. Our network of European partners enables us to add extra value: greater visibility, more resources, and more opportunities for cross-border cooperation.
Another major difference is that we don’t walk away once the funding is secured. We accompany the execution, measure results, and ensure that the project continues beyond its funding period, with a focus on sustainability and the SDGs from the very start.
Summarizing: We manage European projects as if we were building the future, with rigor, creativity, and the determination to leave a positive mark in Europe.
How do we combine strategic vision and immediate action?
At UNNITY, we believe that strategic vision without action is just a statement of intent, and action without strategy can lead to wasted effort. That is why we have developed a way of working that integrates both elements from day one.
Our strategic vision is built on a deep analysis of the European context, the needs of each territory or sector, and the potential opportunities available. This allows us to identify real funding options and design projects that are relevant, achievable, and impactful.
Immediate action comes from our agile, collaborative processes: creating an initial work plan in a matter of days, activating our partner network quickly, and starting to shape the project without waiting for every single detail to be perfect. We work iteratively, adjusting and validating at each step.
This balance between vision and action enables us to respond swiftly to calls for proposals and emerging challenges, without losing sight of the long-term impact we want to achieve. In this way, our projects move forward with the energy of the present and the clarity of the future.
What role does creativity play in our work?
At UNNITY, creativity is not a decorative element; it is the driving force behind every European project we develop. We believe that to address complex challenges, such as reducing territorial inequalities or fostering cohesion, it is not enough to apply technical formulas. It is essential to think differently, connect unexpected ideas, and find solutions that stand out for their simplicity and effectiveness.
Creativity is present in every stage: in the way we interpret the European Commission’s priorities, in how we transform a local challenge into a solid European proposal, and in our ability to bring together unique alliances between actors who, at first glance, may seem to have little in common.
We do not see creativity as something separate from strategy. On the contrary, we integrate it with technical rigor, financial viability, and long-term sustainability. This ensures that our projects stand out not only for meeting technical criteria but also for their originality and transformative potential.
For us, creativity is the key that opens the door to new funding opportunities, multiplies impact, and turns each project into a unique experience for the people and territories it serves.
The UNNITY Formula >
Our methodology is a living process that starts with listening, understanding, and co-creating. We design tailor-made projects, aligned with European funding, and apply innovative tools to ensure measurable and sustainable impact in every territory where we operate.
Ready to #Talk? >
What is the first step in our methodology?
At UNNITY, the first step is not writing; it is listening. Before talking about deadlines, budgets, or deliverables, we immerse ourselves in the context of each client and territory to understand their reality, challenges, and potential. This is not a one-off meeting but an immersion phase that combines interviews, data analysis, and co-creation sessions with key stakeholders.
We believe that a solid European project is born from a deep understanding of real needs and how they can align with available funding opportunities. That is why we dedicate time to identifying which challenges match active or upcoming calls, and which require prior preparation or strategic partnerships.
This first phase is also essential for detecting synergies: often, the solution does not lie in a single partner, but in connecting several who, together, can multiply the impact.
Summarising, our first step is to put our ear before the pen. Only then can we ensure that every proposal we develop has solid roots, a compelling narrative, and real potential to transform territories.
How do we turn an idea into a project?
At UNNITY, we believe that a good idea alone is not enough; it needs structure, focus, and a narrative that makes it irresistible to evaluators. Our work begins by taking that idea—sometimes still undefined—and guiding it through a maturation process that turns it into a solid, ready-to-fund proposal.
The first step is to define the impact: what problem it solves, who benefits, and how it will change the current situation. We then analyze its technical, economic, and operational feasibility to ensure that the proposal is not only inspiring but also realistic.
In parallel, we build an ecosystem of partners that adds value: entities with experience, complementary resources, and a presence in key territories. A strong collaboration network can be the deciding factor between an approved and a rejected proposal.
Finally, we apply a narrative approach that combines concrete data with an inspiring vision. This ensures the proposal not only meets technical requirements but also connects emotionally with those who evaluate it.
This is how we turn ideas into projects: with method, creativity, and a clear focus on measurable and sustainable results.
What digital and innovative tools do we use?
At UNNITY, innovation is not just a buzzword; it is a way of working. That is why we integrate advanced digital tools into every stage of a project, from its conception to its execution and follow-up.
In the initial phase, we use data analysis platforms that allow us to detect trends, needs, and funding opportunities in real time. This helps us make decisions based on evidence rather than intuition.
During design and drafting, we work with online collaborative environments where all partners can contribute simultaneously, share documents, validate progress, and exchange ideas efficiently, regardless of geographical distance.
In implementation, we rely on cloud-based project management systems with dynamic dashboards that make it easy to track tasks, indicators, and results. We also incorporate interactive visualization tools to present progress in a clear and impactful way.
We explore emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence to optimize processes and blockchain to ensure traceability and transparency in resource management.
How do we measure the impact of our projects?
At UNNITY, we believe that a European project only makes sense if its impact can be demonstrated clearly and measurably. That is why, from the initial design, we define SMART indicators (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound) that allow us to evaluate every step.
The process starts with establishing a baseline: an initial snapshot of the situation before the project begins. This provides the reference point to measure real changes rather than relying on subjective perceptions.
During implementation, we apply continuous monitoring tools that collect quantitative data (such as the number of beneficiaries, investment mobilized, or emissions reduced) and qualitative insights (testimonies, success stories, user perceptions).
We also integrate sustainability metrics to ensure that the impact does not vanish once funding ends. This includes the ability to replicate results in other territories and the continuation of partnerships created during the project.
At the end, we don’t just present numbers: we create visual narratives and interactive reports that show how the project has transformed realities. For us, measuring impact is not a bureaucratic requirement; it is the way we prove we leave a meaningful mark.
How do we involve all key stakeholders from the start?
At UNNITY, we believe that the strength of a European project lies not only in its design but also in the people and organizations that make it possible. That is why, from the very beginning, we work to identify, engage, and align all key stakeholders.
The process begins with a strategic stakeholder mapping: we analyze who can add value, who will benefit, and who has the capacity to amplify results. This exercise allows us to build a balanced ecosystem of partners and collaborators.
Next, we organize co-creation sessions where each actor actively participates in defining objectives, methodologies, and expected outcomes. This approach not only enriches the project but also increases the sense of ownership and commitment from the outset.
We also establish agile and transparent communication channels, supported by collaborative digital tools, to ensure smooth coordination and quick decision-making.
Involving everyone from the start guarantees that the project will be more robust, realistic, and scalable. It’s not just about adding partners—it’s about building a living alliance that grows and strengthens as we move forward.
What does it mean to be aligned with the priorities of the European Commission? >
We work within the strategic framework of the European Commission and DG REGIO, focusing on reducing inequalities, boosting territorial cohesion, and promoting sustainable development. We select priorities based on real impact, transformative potential, and alignment with the needs of regions and cities.
Ready to #Talk? >
How do we decide which priorities to work on?
At UNNITY, we don’t choose priorities randomly or just because there’s an open call for proposals. Our process begins with a deep analysis of the territorial and sectoral context of our clients, identifying where their needs and opportunities naturally align with the European Commission’s 2024–2029 priorities.
This analysis combines three factors:
Local and regional relevance: ensuring the chosen priority addresses a real challenge in the territory, whether in economic prosperity, security, social cohesion, or environmental sustainability.
Potential impact: evaluating whether the project can generate tangible, measurable change with the capacity to be replicated elsewhere.
Feasibility and partnerships: confirming that the necessary resources, partners, and capabilities exist to deliver the project successfully.
It’s not just about following the European agenda—it’s about integrating it strategically into projects that bring real value to communities. That’s why our selection process is always an exercise in alignment between what Europe needs and what each territory can contribute, ensuring that every initiative is relevant, impactful, and sustainable over the long term.
What are the Priorities of the European Commission?
The European Commission defines its strategic direction for each mandate by setting out a series of priorities that guide the Union’s economic, social, and environmental development. These priorities are not just political guidelines—they are a roadmap for shaping investments, projects, and initiatives that improve people’s lives across all territories.Ç
For the 2024–2029 period, the European Commission has identified seven key priorities:
A new plan for Europe’s sustainable and competitive prosperity.
A new era for European defence and security.
Supporting people, strengthening our societies and our social model.
Maintaining our quality of life: food security, water, and nature.
Protecting our democracy, defending our values.
A global Europe: leveraging our power and partnerships.
Acting together and preparing our Union for the future.
These priorities reflect a clear ambition to combine growth, innovation, and well-being in a strategic framework that responds to current challenges—such as geopolitical resilience, the green and digital transitions, and social cohesion—while strengthening Europe’s role on the global stage.
What projects have we developed to reduce territorial inequalities?
At UNNITY, reducing territorial inequalities is not just a goal—it is part of our identity. We have designed and implemented projects that connect under-resourced territories with the opportunities, funding, and networks they need to grow and thrive.
These include cross-border cooperation programs that have brought together regions from different countries to share knowledge, infrastructure, and markets, creating direct economic impact in rural and peripheral areas. We have also developed digital transformation initiatives, providing communities with low connectivity access to technological tools and training so they can fully participate in the knowledge economy.
In the field of the green economy, we have launched projects that combine environmental sustainability with local job creation, from the responsible use of natural resources to the development of circular value chains.
Social cohesion is another fundamental pillar: we have implemented programs for the labor inclusion of vulnerable groups, training opportunities for young people at risk of exclusion, and community support networks that strengthen the social fabric of territories.
For us, reducing territorial inequalities means turning geography into a network of equitable opportunities, where living in a remote area is never a barrier to prosperity.
Can we operate in any region of Europe?
Yes, at UNNITY we can operate in any region of Europe. Our experience, partner network, and knowledge of European funding programs allow us to work with highly diverse territories—from rural and peripheral areas to major cities and industrial regions.
Our approach is adaptable: we analyze the specific context of each territory, identify its needs and opportunities, and design tailored projects that fit within European strategies while delivering real value to the local community. This flexibility enables us to work in the north, south, east, or west of Europe, always respecting the cultural, economic, and social particularities of each region.
Our network includes public entities, private companies, universities, research centers, and social organizations across multiple countries, making it easier to build strong, multidisciplinary consortia.
Operating in any region of Europe doesn’t mean applying the same formula everywhere—it means understanding that each territory is unique and that success comes from combining a European vision with effective local solutions.
UNNITY Sustainability Strategy >
Sustainability is not an add-on; it is the foundation of everything we do. We integrate the SDGs into every project and design actions to ensure that their benefits endure—economically, socially, and environmentally.
Ready to #Talk? >
What role do the SDGs play in our strategy?
At UNNITY, the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are not a box we tick on a form; they are the compass that guides everything we do. Every project we develop is evaluated from the outset to identify how it can directly and measurably contribute to one or more of the 17 SDGs.
Integrating the SDGs into our strategy means that sustainability is present at every stage: from the conception of the idea, the selection of partners, and the choice of methodologies, to the measurement of results and the definition of continuity plans.
This approach ensures that our actions not only address immediate challenges but also strengthen the foundations for long-term economic, social, and environmental development. Whether it’s advancing gender equality, promoting decent work and economic growth, fostering responsible consumption and production, or protecting life in terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems, we always seek impact aligned with the 2030 Agenda.
For us, the SDGs are an opportunity to connect the local with the global, ensuring that every step we take contributes to a fairer, more inclusive, and more sustainable future for all people.
How do we ensure the sustainability of projects?
At UNNITY, we understand sustainability as the ability of a project to continue generating benefits long after its initial funding ends. To achieve this, we work from day one with a long-term vision that is integrated into every phase.
During the design stage, we evaluate not only technical and economic feasibility but also continuity potential—how the project can remain operational, adapt to change, and continue delivering value. This includes identifying complementary funding sources, related business models, or cooperation frameworks that allow it to expand.
During implementation, we promote knowledge transfer between partners and the community so that the skills and methodologies developed can be applied independently of UNNITY. We also focus on building stable networks to ensure that partnerships remain active.
Finally, we incorporate impact indicators that are measured even after the official end of the project. This allows us to verify that actions continue to produce results and, if necessary, propose adjustments or new phases.
For us, a truly successful project does not end with a final report—its real story begins there.
What measures do we take to ensure long-term impact?
At UNNITY, ensuring long-term impact means that a project’s results do not disappear once its funding ends—they become embedded in the territory and the communities that benefit from it.
To achieve this, we apply several key measures:
Future-oriented design: from the very beginning, we plan actions that can be maintained and scaled without relying exclusively on external funding.
Strengthening local capacities: we train people and organizations so they can continue applying the project’s methodologies and tools independently.
Strategic alliances: we build strong networks among partners and local actors to ensure continuity, cooperation, and mutual support beyond the initial framework.
Integration into local policies and plans: we work so that the project’s results are adopted and supported by institutions and administrations.
Post-project monitoring: we continue tracking impact indicators and propose adjustments or new phases when needed.
With these measures, we make sure each initiative leaves a positive, transformative mark that lasts, strengthening social cohesion, competitiveness, and the sustainability of regions.
How do we connect sustainability with innovation and territorial development?
At UNNITY, we understand that sustainability, innovation, and territorial development are not three separate concepts but parts of the same mechanism. When combined strategically, they generate projects capable of transforming regions in a profound and lasting way.
Sustainability ensures that actions respect the environment, optimize resources, and guarantee long-term benefits. Innovation allows us to find creative and efficient solutions to complex problems, whether through new technologies, disruptive business models, or participatory management approaches. Territorial development is the result of integrating these two elements into a specific context, adapting each initiative to the characteristics, needs, and potential of the region.
Our approach begins with a detailed diagnosis that identifies both innovation opportunities and sustainability drivers in each territory. From there, we design projects that not only address current challenges but also strengthen competitiveness and cohesion in the long term.
In this way, innovation becomes not an end in itself, but a driver that—together with sustainability—promotes balanced, inclusive territorial development capable of delivering real value to communities.

Turning ideas into action is our specialty. In this section, we guide you on how to start a project with UNNITY, from the first contact to full launch, ensuring the process is agile, clear, and results-oriented.
Ready to #Talk? >
How to start a project with UNNITY?
Starting a project with UNNITY is an agile and collaborative process designed so that, from the very first contact, you understand exactly how we will work together. We don’t believe in endless formalities or unnecessary steps—we believe in conversations that quickly turn into actions.
The first step is to talk. Through an initial meeting—either in person or online—we listen to your idea, your needs, and the challenges you want to address. It doesn’t matter if you have a fully defined proposal or just an initial concept: our role is to help you shape it.
From there, we carry out a preliminary analysis to identify how your project fits with available European funding opportunities and the strategic partnerships that could strengthen it.
Within a few days, we present you with an initial roadmap, including the recommended steps, estimated timeline, and the type of support we can offer.
Our goal is that, from the very beginning, you feel you have not only a technical partner but also a team that shares your vision and is ready to work to turn it into a solid, fundable, and high-impact European project.
What information do we need in the first contact?
The first contact with UNNITY is an opportunity to lay the foundations for a solid project, which is why we focus on gathering the key information that allows us to understand your vision and objectives. It’s not about sending endless forms, but about collecting the essentials to move forward quickly.
The first thing we need is an initial description of your idea or challenge: what problem you want to solve, in which territory or sector you operate, and who would benefit from the initiative.
It is also useful to know the current stage of your proposal: whether it is just an idea, if you have already developed part of it, or if there is an existing project you want to expand or improve.
Another important point is to identify the resources and capabilities available: team, infrastructure, previous experience, and potential partners you may already have.
Lastly, we need to understand your timelines and expectations: when you would like to launch the project, whether you have a specific call in mind, and what type of results you expect to achieve.
With this initial information, we can quickly assess the options and propose a clear roadmap to turn your idea into a viable and competitive European project.
What information do we need in the first contact?
The time it takes to start a project with UNNITY depends on several factors, but our goal is always to make the initial phase as agile as possible. We don’t believe in unnecessary delays—we believe in moving fast, but with strategy.
In general, the process from first contact to having a project ready to submit to a call can take between 3 and 8 weeks, depending on the maturity of the idea, the availability of partners, and the technical complexity of the proposal.
If the project is already well-defined and has a prepared team, the start-up can be much faster. On the other hand, if it requires finding strategic partners, conducting preliminary studies, or developing innovative concepts from scratch, the timeline will be longer.
The calendar of European calls also plays a role: sometimes it is possible to accelerate preparation to take advantage of an immediate opportunity; in other cases, we recommend more time to maximize the quality of the proposal.
What matters most is that from day one, we work with a clear, agreed timeline so you know exactly what stage we are in and when your project will be ready to take off.
Do we offer support beyond funding?
Yes. At UNNITY, we believe that securing funding is only the beginning. A European project cannot reach its full potential unless it is managed, monitored, and optimized throughout its entire lifecycle. That’s why our support goes far beyond the approval phase.
During implementation, we provide assistance in consortium coordination, technical and administrative management, progress tracking, and results communication. This ensures the project moves forward as planned, meeting both deadlines and objectives.
In the evaluation phase, we help measure the real impact—both quantitative and qualitative—and document best practices that can be replicated or scaled to other territories.
We also work on post-project sustainability, seeking new funding sources, cooperation opportunities, and continuity models to ensure that results endure over time.
Our commitment is not to simply deliver a completed project, but to build a solid path with you that generates lasting change. For us, success is not measured only by the grants obtained, but by the value the project continues to provide long after its official closing.
